The DiMarco Family has operated Four Seasons Custom Homes as a true custom home firm since 1970. Custom Home building is what we do well; it is our niche in the industry. We are especially qualified in custom renovations and restorations and in applying structural integrity and design elements desired by the most discriminating clients. We have applied this expertise successfully in three separate market areas; the beautiful Teton Mountain region of Jackson Hole, Wyoming, the Catskill Mountains and the Hudson Valley of New York.

Many of our clients have become close personal friends who rely on our honesty and integrity and have enjoyed the fact that we have provided a "full service" concept to their new home. This means that we can assist them from conception of design to final decorating needs; we have provided this service with excellent
results by applying the following skills.

• Extensive experience coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to complete jobs in a timely fashion.

With regard to price; the overall price dramatically changes depending on the amenities i.e.; cabinetry, trim, bath and kitchen fixtures and appliances and that is why we offer three distinct levels of finishes for a price range for everyone.

We like to call it the ABC finish packages.

A. for Architectural Series includes top of the line appliances, finishes, etc.

B. for Builders Series includes moderately priced appliances, finishes, etc.

C. for Craftsman Series for our basic choice package
